The Cricket Board of India (BCCI) has given the new franchises of the Indian Premier League, Lucknow and Ahmedabad, till January 22 to choose their three players. The BCCI has given time till 5 pm on January 22 to both the franchises to sign their three players.
According to the report of Cricbuzz, the mega auction of IPL 2022 will be held on February 12 and 13 in Bengaluru. Explain that the old eight teams were allowed to retain four players each, but the new teams are allowed to retain three players each from the auction pool. There will be one foreigner and two Indians in it. The three players that Lucknow and Ahmedabad will retain, that is, they will choose. In this, the number one player will get Rs 15 crore, the number two player will get Rs 11 crore and the number three player will get Rs 7 crore. Which will be deducted from the purse of 90 crores of the franchise.
